Here I will present you the largest database of English shogi-video database on the net. It is all made by HIDETCHI-san from YouTube on his channel. It includes many playlists of videos such as How to Play Shogi, Famous Shogi Games, Shogi Exercises, Shogi Openings and Shogi Mate Problems (Tsumeshogi). The top-menu of his videos can be seen here:
