It's a good game for both players to show fighting spirits. I think being agressive is important to learn a lot more various things through actual games to grade up to be an intermediate player.
A simple but important question in the endgame on this game. How would you react if Gote dropped a Silver on 5i(26. S*5i) checking your King instead of 26. G4i-5i? Do you think the same K-5h as you played in the actual game would work as well?
Mate would exist if your King escaped to 5h to react it such as S*5i K-5h Rx2h+(!) K-6i G*6h Gx6h +Rx6h(mate). It would need to escape to 3g alternatively to be alive. The endgame of shogi is often tricky enough to exchange a winner and a loser easily like this.
